– send out a survey
– poll a variety of supporters (long timers + new customers)
What is the initial impression that your brand gives to new / potential customers?
– create a focus group of people who know nothing about your brand to give feedback
What do your customers say about you?
– send surveys over email, ask for feedback on social media
What do your competitors say about you?
– ask someone in your industry if they would be willing to give honest feedback
